AT&T HTC One X Bootloader Unlocked by Dev Community
The dev community never has been one to take no as an answer. So it is no surprise they snapped into action when the news came out AT&T’s version of the HTC One X did not have an unlockable bootloader. Utilizing a hack developed by the XDA community, AT&T One X owners now have the ability to unlock their bootloader using HTC’s HTCdev site. The hack basically changes the phone’s device identifier, and spoofs it to appear as a Rogers phone in HTC’s system, as opposed to an AT&T phone. For more details, head over to the XDA link below.
