Atrix HD

Been jonesing for a new high-end smartphone, but didn’t want to spend high-end smartphone money? 聽Well, At&t has something that’s right down your alley. 聽On July 15th, AT&T will be launching the Motorola Atrix HD for $99 with a two year contract. 聽Typically when one hears the $99 price tag, it conjures up images of antiquated phones or low-end phones with specs not worth mentioning. 聽This time around, that isn’t the case. 聽The Atrix HD features a 4.5″ HD display with ColorBoost technology, along with a next-gen 1.5ghz dual-core processor accompanied by 1gb of RAM. 聽In addition to packing some serviceable horsepower, the Atrix HD also features an 8mp camera, 8gb of internal storage (with expandable storage available up to 32gb), on-screen buttons (a la the Galaxy Nexus), LTE, and ships running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. 聽Hopefully the trend of capable and affordable smartphones will continue.
