ad in notification panel

Have you installed an app on your phone that is causing your notification panel to be used as a platform for advertising? 聽Unfortunately, there are apps in the Google Play Store that聽cause advertisements to show up in the notification panel of your smartphone or tablet. 聽As you would imagine, this is something that would annoy just about anyone. 聽Of course to rid yourself of this annoyance, you could simply remove the offending app. 聽However, sometimes you may not know which app it is, that’s causing the ads to show up. 聽In this case an app like聽Addons Detector聽comes in handy. 聽Addons Detector scans your phone and tells you which apps are using what type of advertising, including those that use airpush or any other add-on that delivers ads to the notification panel. 聽While Addons Detector doesn’t remove the ads or the apps that deliver them, it does inform you which apps are causing the ads to show up. 聽From that point, a simple uninstallation of the offending app will do the trick.
