HTC Abandoning Sales In Brazilian Market

If you’re in Brazil and had been planning on buying the HTC One X, it’s time to make new plans. 聽HTC has officially scrapped plans to release the One Series in Brazil. 聽This means anyone in Brazil that is interested in the HTC One X, One V, or One S has importing as the only option on the table. 聽HTC points to weak Brazilian sales numbers as the reason for the pull out, saying聽“after analyzing the sales numbers, we have decided to pull out of the Brazilian market.” 聽As for people in Brazil that already own a HTC smartphone, HTC states they聽“will continue after-sales support for our products so this should not result in a change in service for current customers”.
