Issues with Nexus 7 Tablet Build Quality?

Nexus 7

Much to the delight of Nexus fans everywhere, Google recently began shipping their newly released Nexus 7 tablet. 聽However, it would seem all is not well in Nexusville, as the Nexus 7 appears to possibly have some issues with its build quality. 聽Many users have reported their Nexus 7 units arriving with issues with the display. 聽The two most common issues seem to be the unit having dead pixels, and the display itself separating and lifting from the body. 聽Needless to say, Nexus 7 owners experiencing their screen separating from the body, or dead pixels aren’t exactly thrilled about the shoddy craftsmanship of their brand new prized tablet. 聽On the positive side, this issue doesn’t seem to be present in every Nexus 7 tablet, so if yours comes with the aforementioned defects, be sure to send it back in for a replacement. 聽Of course, having to ship your tablet in for an exchange is a pain in the butt, but it sure beats having a screen that isn’t staying in place. 聽Hopefully, this will only be an issue with the first batch of Nexus 7′s, and Google gets these build quality issues straightened out as soon as possible.
