OTA Update Functionality Brought to Custom Roms

In the Android world custom ROMs are a large part of the device customization scene. 聽Frustratingly, also a part of using custom ROMs is constantly having to check for new versions. 聽Since the custom ROMs are not a part of the official firmware that ships with phones, custom ROM users lose the ability to receive over-the-air (OTA) updates to their devices. 聽In comes OTA Update Center with a solution to remedy the issue. 聽By using OTA Update Center’s free service, ROM developers can enable OTA ROM update functionality in their custom ROMs. 聽Finally custom ROM updating has become more modernized.
