It was bound to happen. A Windows 8 tablet had to be on its way eventually, and it looks like it will be Nokia that will be bringing it to us. Marko Ahtisaari, Nokia’s design chief has stated matter-of-factly “we are working on it”, in regards to a Windows 8 tablet being created by the once mighty cell phone maker. Ahtisaari told Finnish magazine Kauppalehti Optio, a third of his time is being spent creating a tablet that will stand out from the crowd. Ahtisaari gave no specifics regarding an anticipated release date or any information regarding specs. That officially puts us in wait and see mode for now.
