LG Lucid

Verizon has officially announced their upcoming LG smartphone release.  On March 29th, Verizon will be releasing the LG Lucid.  The LG Lucid will feature a 4″ WVGA NOVA display, 1.2ghz dual-core processor, 1gb of RAM, 5mp rear facing camera (front cam resolution not specified), and of course LTE.  The Lucid will ship running Android 2.3 Gingerbread, and will later be upgraded to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.  Verizon will be selling the LG Lucid for $79.99 after $50 mail-in rebate.  While the LG Lucid may not feature any mind blowing specs, its best feature is probably the price.  A decent dual-core smartphone for $80 may prove to be quite attractive for budget conscious Verizon customers.
