We all knew Verizon would soon be releasing the HTC Incredible 4G LTE, but what we did not know was when. 聽Today, Verizon has announced the release date and pricing of the upcoming mid-range smartphone. 聽Verizon will be launching the Incredible 4G LTE Thursday, July 5th, in retail stores and on their website. 聽The Incredible 4G LTE features a 4″ super LCD qHD display, 1.2ghz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, Beats Audio, 8mp camera, LTE, and ships running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC Sense 4. 聽Unfortunately, priced at $149.99 (with two year contract) with a $50 mail-in rebate, it doesn’t make much sense to buy this phone. 聽Verizon has the much better Galaxy S3 priced at $199.99 (with two year contract), so if you’re going to be spending $199.99 (which is the cost of the Incredible 4G LTE before mail-in rebate), you might as well get the best smartphone available. 聽I see no reason for anyone to buy the Incredible 4G LTE until the price drops.
